First Time Users: In order for the Net Bookkeeping software to work properly, you must first install Citrix client software to your local computer. To do this, please follow the steps as outlined below. 1. From J. Aviles CPA , P.A. 's main web page, click on the Client Login button. 2. Click where it says "Login Here". 3. Log on using the Login and Password provided to you. 4. Wait while the login page loads completely. You will know it is complete when it says "Done" at the bottom of the web page. 5. If the Citrix software download is required, a pop up block bar will appear below the address bar. Click on the pop up block bar and click on "Install active X" on the menu that opens. 6. Install the software, choosing all the default options. Once finished, close your web browser and reopen the "Client Login" and click on the green box next to Client Bookkeeping Solution for (your company name). 7. If the Citrix softare download is not required, click on the green box next to Client Bookkeeping Solution for (your company name).
